Working Together for Good

One in 5 children go to bed hungry every night in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
Manna and the RIDH team both agreed in our first meeting that this is a stat that keeps us from sleeping well at night.
And that discussion led to the creation of a 90 Day Strategic Plan that provided a road map for Manna to share the message with the community, educate them on the need, and ask for their involvement in the upcoming Capital Campaign that was going to be launched.
While we are not fundraisers, Manna hired our team to guide their Marketing Manager, the Manna employees, and the Board of Directors in executing this creative strategic plan to reach the $1.2 million dollar campaign goal.
RIDH’s 90 Day Strategic Plan included easy ways for Board members to get engaged in the process. We also provided public relations support, promotional event planning and execution, and increased awareness through social media around the why, the call to action and the celebration of the success in reaching and surpassing their goal.
